Forward package via Registered U.S. Postal Service, or any package service that provides tracking, making sure to insure the item for its replacement value. Once we have received your package, it will be processed immediately. If requested, your Account will be credited a refund within three days of item receipt. Please be aware that all unauthorized returns will be returned to Sender. If you choose not to insure your package or not to use a service that provides a tracking number, batracks.com is not responsible for lost mail.
